Kate has arranged 2 mortgages for us over the last year, and both times we received impeccable service. She surprised me one day with a phone call telling me that she had managed to save us £100 off our monthly mortgage - not a bad phone call to receive at all! Kate clearly 'knows her stuff', my husband and I are both self- employed and our mortgage applications are rarely straightforward - but as she says; 'she likes a challenge' and has done a grand job sorting out both our buy to let and residential mortgages.
