FEE’S TO TENANTS BEFORE YOU MOVE IN

ONE TENANT / TWO TENANTS £240.00 (INC VAT) / £300.00 (INC VAT)
Paying the fees acts as a holding fee to secure the property and take it off the open market. Referencing checks which include identity, immigration and via confirmation, financial credit checks, obtaining referenced from previous and current employers and landlords and any other relevant information to adequately assess affordability. Contract negotiation and arranging the tenancy and agreement.
ADDITIONAL TENANT FEE £60.00 (INC VAT)
Processing the application, associated paperwork and referencing.
GUARANTOR FEE NO CHARGE
Credit referencing and preparing a Deed of Guarantee as part of the tenancy agreement.
PERMITTED OCCUPIER FEE NO CHARGE
ACCOMPANIED CHECK IN FEE NO CHARGE
Fees are non-refundable

DURING YOUR TENANCY

Contract negotiation, amending terms and updating your tenancy agreement.
RENEWAL FEE ��60.00 (INC VAT)
Renewing and arranging a further tenancy agreement
FAILING TO PROVIDE AGENT/LANDLORD ENTRY TO PROPERTY £60.00 (INC VAT)
Should Landlord or Agent not be able to gain access where an inspection has been arranged and the tenant has not notified them that they will no longer be able to have access at that time.

FOR RENT WHICH IS OVER 14 DAYS LATE, AND A FURTHER £24.00 (INC VAT) FOR EVERY WEEK THE RENT IS LATE THEREAFTER
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING FROM ��180 (INC VAT) (SUBJECT TO LEVEL OF CLEANING REQUIRED)
Only charged where professional cleaning is required to return property to same condition at the start of the tenancy
OUT OF HOURS SERVICES NO CHARGE
